Website and enquiry form

The public website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or non-essential cookies. Submitting the enquiry form sends your name, contact details, training interest and message to admin@kistindia.org through the website server and email provider. A private copy is also stored in the website database for authorised KIST administrators to respond and track follow-up. Enquiry records are not publicly available. A necessary session cookie and hashed network-address counters help protect the form from misuse. WordPress uses necessary authentication cookies when an administrator signs in.

When you send an email

If you send an enquiry, KIST receives the information included in that email, such as your name, contact details and message. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss your training needs. Please do not include identity documents, financial information or sensitive medical details in an initial enquiry.

Optional AI chat

When enabled, the AI assistant sends your message and recent conversation to OpenAI to generate a reply. Avoid sharing identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information. AI answers can be inaccurate; confirm course details with the institute.

A necessary session cookie keeps your recent conversation available during your visit. Clear chat removes that conversation from the active session. Hashed network-address counters help limit misuse. The site does not send enquiry emails through the chat or use chat messages for advertising.

Hosting and email services

Hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and server logs, as part of operating and securing their services.

Questions and requests

For questions about your enquiry information or to request a correction or deletion, contact admin@kistindia.org. Any future online registration, payment or learner account service will require its own information-handling details.
